Once you have confirmed and agreed your order we will send you an order
confirmation directly to your supplied email address. The order confirmation
will include you order number, product details, delivery address and requested
delivery date.

|
Authority for payment must be given at the time of your order. Payment will be
only be taken once your delivery date has been agreed.

| Getting my delivery |

| How will my appliances be delivered? |
|
Your goods will be delivered by our dedicated carrier service. Our delivery
team will bring your new appliances into your home, unpack them for you and
allow you time to inspect the goods. Our delivery team will then offer to take
away the packaging for you.

| Where can you deliver? |
|
To any address within mainland UK,(excludes N.Ireland).
|

| Do I have to wait in all day for my delivery? |
|
No you do not. We will call you the evening prior to your delivery to advise
you of a 4 hour delivery window so that you can plan your day accordingly.

| How much does delivery cost? |
| Delivery is only
£19.99
regardless of the number of items on a single delivery, to any address within
mainland UK,(excludes N.Ireland).

| What if I need to delay my order? |
|
Of course, we understand that you may not actually want the goods immediately,
especially if you are changing your whole kitchen! If you wish to have your
goods delivered outside our normal delivery options please call us on

and let us know. Once you have placed your order we secure the price for you.

| Can I change a delivery date I have already agreed to? |
|
Yes you can. We do however ask that you telephone us on
0870 458 75 75
at least 48 hours in advance of your agreed planned delivery date. We can not
accept changes to the delivery date via email.

| When I order more than one item, will they all be delivered
at the same time? |
|
Yes they will. It does not matter how many appliances you order or how many
different brands you choose, they will all be delivered together. |

| Do you connect the appliances? |
Yes we do. You can request that our delivery team connect your free standing
washing machine, washer dryer or dishwasher. This must be done at the point
of order and a
£15.00
charge will be made for each item, please refer to the table below for detailed
information of charges and availability.
Connection can be carried out to an existing standard domestic appliance water
connection situated within one metre of the appliances location and to a
suitable existing 13 amp socket within reach of the appliance's power lead.
Included in the connection will be the disposal of the transit brackets and a
test of the appliance.
The delivery team will be unable to connect your new appliance if:

The old machine is not disconnected.

Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team’s testing or are
unsuitable.

Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.

Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.
-
Mechanical adjustments are required to the appliance(s) to overcome such things
as water pressure etc.
-
Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.
All gas installations, connections and/or disconnections must be performed by a Corgi approved engineer.
All mains wired electric cookers should only be connected by a qualified electrician.
We do not currently offer any installation, connection and/or disconnection service on gas or mains wired electrical products.

| Will you take away and dispose of my old appliance for me? |
Yes we will. This is an optional chargeable service. You can request that our
delivery team dispose of your old appliance; there is a cost of
£7.99
per appliance for this service. We will ensure that the appliance is disposed
of responsibly and recycled wherever possible. This must be done at the
point of order.
Currently refrigeration products cannot be removed due to government
regulations, please contact your local authority.
All goods for disposal must be disconnected from both water and electrical
supply in advance of the goods being removed.
We do not currently offer any disconnection service on gas or mains wired electrical products. All gas disconnections must be performed by a Corgi approved engineer. All mains wired electric cookers should only be disconnected by a qualified electrician.
Removed goods are deemed to have zero value.

| What happens if I cancel my order? |
You will need to telephone us on

and advise us of your request. We can not accept cancellation requests via
email.
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before delivery and receive a full
refund. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours prior to delivery, we
reserve the right to still charge
£19.99
for delivery. Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may return then
for up to 7 days from the date of delivery in line with the distance selling
directive. We reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods. For further
information and charges please see section 8 of our terms and conditions. This
does not affect your statutory rights.

been delivered and connected? |

organise for a manufacturer's engineer to visit.

| how do I return goods that I do not want? |
|
You simply telephone our call centre on

collection. Please be careful when selecting your appliances to ensure they are

| What is the warranty offered on the products? |
|
The warranty supplied with the goods is the standard manufacturer’s warranty,
in addition to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act. In most cases this is 1
year covering all parts and labour. In some instances this is extended by the

) makes the products available to you ("Product Terms"). You as the customer
will transact with DRL Limited.

| 1. Prices |
 |
|
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web
site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless
otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge.
The delivery charge is
£19.99
per delivery. Prices can change and we always bring you the latest prices as
quickly as possible.

| 2. Availability |
 |

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a
particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

| 3. Contract |
 |
|
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your
goods is authorised by your bank or credit card provider. At any point up until
then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At
the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, (and not before), a
contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given
at the time of the order. Payment for your order will be taken once a delivery
date has been confirmed. If for any reason the goods cannot be supplied then
payment will be refunded in full.

| 4. Delivery |

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our
standard delivery of products is within mainland UK,(excludes N.Ireland). All deliveries will be
made to you by our courier. We do our best to secure delivery within 3-7
working days of the date of your order. If you order and specify items with
different delivery dates, we will ship them separately and you will be charged
a delivery charge each time. The cost for delivery is
£19.99
regardless of the number of items delivered, on a particular date. If you wish
to change the delivery date once it is agreed then please give us no less than
48 hours notice prior to delivery.

| 5. Connection |
 |

| 6. Recycling |
 |
You can request that our delivery team recycle your old appliance. This must be done at the point of order and a charge of £7.99 will be made for each item. All goods for recycling must be disconnected from both water and electrical supply in advance of the goods being removed. Refrigeration products cannot be removed due to government regulations, please contact your local authority.
We do not currently offer any disconnection service on gas or mains wired electrical products. All gas disconnections must be performed by a Corgi approved engineer. All mains wired electric cookers should only be disconnected by a qualified electrician.

| 7. Cancellation |
 |
|
If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us at least 48 hours
before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund. Where the
goods have been delivered to you, you may return them for up to 7 working days
from the date of delivery in line with the distance selling directive. We
reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods and to charge you for any
damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession, if
necessary. No goods can be returned to Focus stores for a refund – All
Cancellations must be processed via
Focus Kitchen Appliances
. For further information and charges please see section 8 – Returns. This does
not affect your statutory rights.

| 8. Returns |
 |
|
If you decide to return your goods to us for any reason we do reserve the right to charge of £49.95 for collection.
Please do not return any products to Focus stores. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for purchase.
If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 days of receiving delivery, please call the Focus Kitchen Appliances customer help line (Tel: 0870 458 75 75)
and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and the reason for return. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our courier.
This is usually collected within 5-7 days. The charge for collecting goods is £49.95 ; this charge reflects the actual cost of collection. Under the terms of the
distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently
returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Items purchased at Focus Kitchen Appliances cannot be returned to a Focus store. |

| 9. Payment |

You can pay with any Switch, Delta, MasterCard or Visa cards. Your payment card
details will be encrypted to eliminate the possibility of unauthorised access
or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You
will be charged for items once your delivery date has been confirmed. Our
liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that
order (to the fullest extent permitted by all applicable law), and we shall not
be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss
of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill, loss of privacy or loss
of data or any other claims for indirect, consequential, special or punitive
compensation whatsoever howsoever caused including, without limitation, as a
result of our negligence, which arise out of or in connection with an order.
For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions excludes our
liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We
accept internet orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of
Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot
inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. We also offer
periodical promotions to enable you to buy the products and pay for them at a
later date. The full terms and conditions for these promotions will be supplied
to you prior to any goods being shipped. You will be asked to sign and return a
form to confirm you have received and agree to these terms
